ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Your shipping charges will be determined and view-able at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 1-2 business days to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 2-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.
We only ship to physical addresses located within The United States of America. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm EST.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 1:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day (at earliest).
Shipments may be sent using USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses and fulfillment center.
If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us. Please see here Return Policy [here].
You agree we may charge you any sales or nexus taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.
When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

UNANTICIPATED EVENTS AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
Product availability is clearly noted as 'In-Stock' or 'Out-of-Stock'. Most items on our site are in-stock and ready to ship. However, some items may be temporarily out-of-stock or not available for shipment until a specific date. For more information please read details below.
Should any provision of this Agreement be unlawful, void, or otherwise legally unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain enforceable as though the unenforceable provision had not been a part of this Agreement.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Prep-Right.com with respect to the Site and it surpasses any and all prior or concurrent communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Prep-Right.com with respect to the Site.
